Annual
General Meetings
The
Association's Annual General Meetings are held in mid-September at a location
close to the Heart of Wales Line. Meetings will be timed for the arrival of
trains from both north and south of the line.
The
Heart of Wales Line Travellers' Association exists to promote the line,
lobby for suitable services, and encourage people to use it so that it is available
for for the travellers of the future. We also organise trips and socials and
produce a regular newsletter. If there is any specific information you would
like, that isn't on the site please contact
us and we will gladly assist you.
Why not join us? Simply send your name and address to our membership secretary,
with a cheque covering your 12 months membership (please see rates below). (Overseas
members are asked to add a donation as appropriate, to reflect increased postage
costs).

Membership rates:
Individual - £8.00 (from
1st March 2015)
Family - £10.00
Overseas - £15.00 (from 1st March 2010)
Corporate Membership - £12.00
In return you will get one year's membership and quarterly copies of our attractive newsletter. Having joined the Association you can then purchase the line's railcard for £5.00 from Llandrindod Station Ticket Office (01597 822053). This railcard gives discounts for any journey between all stations on the route Swansea - Shrewsbury via Llandrindod.
